We specialise in the acquisition of derelict residential and commercial properties (including those considered unsuitable for lending purposes), turning them into modern properties for re-sale or letting.

Description: A previously tenanted 3 bed 2 reception Victorian detached property, fully refurbished and modernised with the intention of re-letting.

Duration: 3-month refurb programme, creating 18 jobs, project managed by Yun Properties Ltd.

Description: Cash acquisition of a derelict mixed-use property, fully refurbished and modernised with the intention of letting.
